Categories of EENI Professors:

Professors with a Doctor degree and other degrees and titles of EENI Global Business School

The objective of the contract will be to develop, with full teaching capacity, the research and / or educational tasks of the EENI Global Business School.

Associate professors of EENI Global Business School

The associate professors are recognised external specialists of recognised prestige and who carry out a professional activity outside the EENI Global Business School.

The objective of the contract will be to develop the teaching tasks contributing their knowledge and professional experience.

Associate professors can be full-time or part-time

Assistant professors (lecturer) of EENI Global Business School

EENI Global Business School can recruit as assistant professors (lecturer) those who have been admitted for doctoral studies and have not yet obtained the degree.

The objective of the contract will be to complete the training and research of these people and collaborate in teaching tasks in the terms established by the administration.

Visiting professors (scholars) of EENI Global Business School

The recruitment of visiting professors is designed to invite renowned professors and researchers from other universities and research centres, both national and foreign, to the University.

The objective of the contract will be to develop teaching or research tasks in EENI Global Business Schooles to contribute their knowledge and experience in teaching and research.

Emeritus professors of EENI Global Business School

EENI Global Business School can designate retired professors who have rendered exceptional services in the academic or business world as emeritus professors.

External expert professors of EENI Global Business School

The teaching staff of EENI Global Business School can be expanded with external expert professors in professional higher education programs:

Professionals and experts at the minimum level of Professional Master and with a professional experience of at least three years
Professionals and experts who do not justify this minimum level, but who capitalize at least ten years of professional experience.

The external expert professors will be hired part-time.

About the teaching staff of EENI Global Business School

Professors will be hired based on educational needs
Taking into account that the online education modality does not include face-to-face sessions, the concept of workload does not exist as in face-to-face education. Full-time professors will be hired 8 hours a day, part-time professors 4 hours a day and external experts 2 hours a day (5 days a week).
The goal is to convert 50% of part-time associate professors to full-time professors in two years.

Professor recruitment process is described in the report on administrative governance. It will be carried out under the conditions established by EENI Global Business School and current labour legislation.

In the selection and appointment of professors, the principles of equality, merit and ability must be respected, as well as the precepts of organisation and operating standards of EENI Global Business School.

The permanent EENI Global Business School Professors can only carry out teaching and research activities outside the university with the express authorisation of the rector.
