Competency Domains:

My mission is to support organisations in making strategic decisions through the usual functions of a senior manager in marketing and communication, but also specifically the following missions:

1. Elaborate the commercial and marketing strategy:

  1. Execute strategic and operational studies
  2. Identify and develop marketing strategies based on the objectives of the company and the market, as well as their significant costs
  3. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as the threshold of profitability, costs of research and development, and ROI (return on investments) or the risks of losses
  4. Execute operational marketing and commercial plans through the development and start-up of communication, promotion and sales activation actions
  5. Determine the pricing strategy, integrating the objectives of the company and the wishes of the client
  6. Generate partnerships with agencies contributing to the implementation of Marketing actions
  7. Develop the distribution strategy (for example, explore new channels and evaluate them according to their strategies)
  8. Lead the Business to Business and Business to Government projects

2. Manage company's communication:

  1. Organise and supervise operations of strategic partners
  2. Define the company's communication policy
  3. Develop the internal and external communication strategy
  4. Analyse the communication capabilities of the company
  5. Supervise the press dossiers and ensure the good presence and visibility of the company in front of the media.

3. Ensure strategic surveillance:

  1. Market surveillance, consisting of monitoring and analysing a specific market
  2. Legal and regulatory oversight, which aims to control the legislative and regulatory developments that may have repercussions in a sector of activity or a company
  3. Technology Watch, which deals with the analysis of scientific, technological and technical information
  4. Image surveillance, which allows managing the reputation and image of a given entity.

4. Facilitate the connection with the world of international finance:

  1. Domain of international economic relations
  2. Good knowledge of multilateral and regional organisations, development banks, Investment attraction agencies, etc.
  3. Domain of Project Cycle Management (PCM)
  4. Domain in the preparation of expressions of interest
  5. Mastery of the project management framework and the PMI Knowledge Body
  6. Good mastery of communication techniques and risk analysis techniques in development projects
  7. Know how to negotiate international projects successfully

Training

  1. 13 to May 15, 2013: The Marketing Way, strategic planning in marketing and operational management. Training provided by Gilles ATAYI and Ibrahima DIAGNE. From the enterprise solutions company G & A (based in South Africa).
  2. November 11 to 13, 2010: “Business Plan”, writing and defending a winning business plan. Colbert Training Institute (IFC).
    October 2006: “Andragogic approach to adult education”.
  3. 1999: Training as an insurance promoter, by SONAR. Training is given by Mr. Martin ZIGUELE, former Prime Minister of the Central African Republic.

  2. MAC environment with Numbers, Pages, Kynotes and Open Office software (Writer, Calc, Impress, Base and Draw)
